Since Oxford Colleges operate a rolling admissions policy, scarce places are filled fairly quickly so the earlier the application the better. Visiting Student applicants should apply for the academic year (or for the Fall term) before April 15; for the Winter term (or for the combined Winter-Spring terms) before October 15; for the Spring term, before February 15. Associate Member applicants should apply for the academic year (or for the Fall term) before July 1; for the Winter term (or for the combined Winter-Spring terms) before December 1; for the Spring term, before March 15. If, for some reason, a student wishes to apply late, he or she should call our Washington area office to ask if any places are still open or if there is a waiting list.
