WISC and OSAP have gradually made consortium agreements (which facilitate financial aid, etc) with many leading colleges over the years. In Fall term 07, WISC, New College, Oxford and the Dartmouth College Chemistry Department (with the approval of the Dartmouth College Financial Aid Office) signed a new consortium. At Dartmouth, several departments have their own excellent study abroad programs. If they wish, qualified Dartmouth students may come through. New College, Oxford will do its best to provide single rooms in the Main College Buildings for these students.
